What made you want to run for this CMT position?
I served as Director of
Recruitment/COB last year and fell in love with recruitment. A lot of people
don't realize all of the behind-the-scenes work that goes into it, but that
is the part I truly enjoy. Especially getting to know the girls coming through
recruitment!
